📱 On-Device Data Storage

All calorie-related information — including scanned food entries and goals — is stored locally on your device.

We do not sync or back up your data to the cloud, and we do not transmit this data to external services.

🖼 Use of OpenAI API for Image Analysis

When you scan a food item using your camera, the app sends the image to the OpenAI API to estimate calories or nutritional content.

• Images are sent to OpenAI’s servers.
• Images are not stored on your device after the scan.
• We do not associate images with personal info.
• We rely on OpenAI’s privacy policy for how image data is handled.
